WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE HOURS?
The box office is open Monday - Friday from 10:00AM - 4:00PM. During weekend events the box office is open 1 hour prior to showtime unless otherwise noted.
WHERE IS THE BOX OFFICE LOCATED?
The box office is located on the right hand side of the building. During box office hours please ring the bell under the BOX OFFICE sign posted outside.
WHY ARE THERE TICKET FEES?
Ticket fees help us cover the cost of the ticketing service we use, which allows our patrons to buy online anytime. It also helps cover the cost of credit card fees and box office staff. Please click on a specific event page for at-door fees.
WHAT IS YOUR TICKET POLICY?
There are no refunds of exchanges on tickets unless there is a show cancellation.
DO YOU HAVE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE SEATING? WHERE IS IT LOCATED?

WHERE CAN I PARK?
The Klein Parking Lot is directly across the street. It is well lit and convenient. DIRECTiONS: As you are coming up FAIRFIELD AVENUE you will turn LEFT at the traffic light on IRANISTAN AVENUE (the light before The Klein), and a RIGHT into our lot.
Parking charges vary per event, please refer to specific event pages for parking charges.

CAN I RENT THE THEATER?
Yes, The Klein is an excellent venue to host a multitude of events! We have had seminars, dinner parties, wine tastings, board meetings, worship services, and of course concerts and dance competitions. We would love to host your event. DO YOU SELL FOOD?
We have a large concession stand in the lobby. We sell chips, cookies, candy and during most events pizza. We do also sell alcohol at almost all events.
DONATIONS
The Klein is sustained by the generosity of our community. We offer a wide range of programming and the ONLY tuition- free after school arts program in Bridgeport, Klein Theatre Arts. The Klein is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Your donations are tax-deductible.
