Join us September 12–14, 2025 as we celebrate five incredible years of storytelling, community, and creativity at the historic Klein Memorial Auditorium. This year’s festival will showcase over 50 short films at The Klein, with additional screenings at Housatonic, BPT Creates in downtown Bridgeport, and virtually.

In total, the fest features over 100 films from more than a dozen countries, plus 2 exciting spotlight feature films. From powerful indie films to bold new voices, there’s something for every movie lover to discover!

 

Beyond the screen, experience filmmaker Q&As, engaging workshops for all skill levels, panel discussions, podcasting sessions, and immersive Virtual Reality for Good experiences. Don’t miss the opening night red carpet, unforgettable after-parties, and our epic Vendor Village featuring local artisans, food trucks, and family-friendly activities on Saturday and Sunday!

One Day Ticket: $15 + $2.25 processing fee
Weekend GA Ticket: $29 + $3.50 processing fee
VIP Weekend Pass: $99 + 7.50 processing fee

3-Day Weekend GA Ticket includes: Access to all films, workshops, panels and virtual programming all weekend.
 
One Day Ticket includes: Access to all events on a particular day of entry.

Led by Bridgeport Native and Artistic Director Jason A. Coombs, the festival aims to highlight the diversity of the film community in Bridgeport and the surrounding regions by showcasing films directed by over 50% women and POC filmmakers. The programming team will curate a lineup that includes short narrative films, short documentary projects, music videos, student films, environmental-themed works and more. In a ceremony that concludes the weekend, prizes will be awarded to winning films chosen by a panel of acclaimed jurors.

The Klein is sustained by the generosity of our community.  We offer a wide range of programming and the ONLY tuition- free after school arts program in Bridgeport, Klein Theatre Arts. The Klein is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Your donations are tax-deductible.
