Fairfield County Children's Choir Presents

Broadway Concert

Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 7:00pm

Get ready for a night of pure Broadway magic as the award‑winning Fairfield County Children’s Choir lights up The Klein Memorial Auditorium on February 7 with their annual Broadway revue!
This year’s spectacular, Another Op’nin’, Another Show, bursts open with the iconic number from Kiss Me, Kate and only climbs higher from there.
Audiences will be treated to powerhouse performances from some of the region’s most exciting young soloists, taking on beloved showstoppers like The Wizard and I (Wicked), Seasons of Love (Rent), I’m Here (The Color Purple), and the joyful Everybody Rejoice (The Wiz).

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of A Chorus Line, the choir will deliver a heartfelt rendition of What I Did for Love. They’ll also honor the legacy of composer Charles Strouse—who passed away on May 15, 2025—with spirited performances of It’s a Hard Knock Life (Annie) and Put On a Happy Face (Bye Bye Birdie). Fun fact: FCCC performed with Strouse and Stephen Schwartz as Composers‑in‑Residence back in 1998!

The evening rounds out with an exhilarating mix of contemporary and classic favorites, including My Shot (Hamilton), All Is Found (Frozen 2), When You Believe (The Prince of Egypt), Keep Marching (Suffs), The Human Heart (Once on This Island), and Great Expectations (The Outsiders).

This is one of those nights where the stage glows; the music soars, and young artists shine brighter than ever. It’s Broadway—FCCC style—and you won’t want to miss it.
