Phat A$tronaut is an organically grown, experimental soul ensemble from New Haven, CT.
The band formed shortly after singer/songwriter, Chad Browne-Springer, and guitarist/musical director, Mark Lyon, met on a D'Angelo tribute gig.
Their sound consists of complex, head nodder grooves and meticulously crafted arrangements with pop sensible songwriting at the forefront.

In just three years, Phat A$tronaut has performed at some of the north east's top venues including Brooklyn Bowl, Toad's Place, The Warehouse (FTC), Rockwood Music Hall, and many more. They have shared bills with such notable acts as OSHUN, Roots of Creation, Five Alarm Funk, Becca Stevens, Rituals of Mine, Jakubi, Underground System, Lyrics Born, Con Brio, and Combo Chimbita. They have also played on numerous festivals including Hip To The Hops (VT), Trinity Hip. Hop Festival, Hygienic Hip Hop Festival, and more.

To date, Phat A$tronaut has a full length record, 'The Fifth Dimension' (2018), a live album, 'Live at Brooklyn Bowl' (2019), and a single 'Rare Fruit' (2020). Phat A$tronaut is currently in the process of recording another full length album.

"Deftly weaving together a tapestry of hip-hop, funk, jazz, R&B, and classic soul, Phat A$tronaut creates music that is experimental in nature and yet downright danceable and party-friendly at its core."

Ceschi Ramos is a rapper and singer from Connecticut who has been hopping genres and spilling guts for the better part of two decades. He has been seen outside venues at 3am in Germany playing an acoustic guitar and singing to people that didn’t want the show to end. He has recorded with and toured alongside some of independent rap music’s most influential figures, including Sage Francis, Busdriver and Astronautalis. He has been in bands described as hardcore, crunk rap, lo-fi synth pop, Latin progressive and psych-jazz-rap. He has crafted abstracted and personal narratives mining the depths of depression and heights of hope.

Ceschi was born with four fingers on his right hand, which served as partial inspiration for the name of his record label, Fake Four, Inc. Those who have worked with him describe Ceschi as one of the most artist-friendly labelheads out there, a rare breed who values art over profit almost to a fault. Since 2008, he has curated a roster of wildly original and critically praised talent and put out albums from the likes of Open Mike Eagle, Buck 65, Sister Crayon and Dark Time Sunshine in addition to his solo records The One Man Band Broke Up and Broken Bone Ballads.

Mandala is an indie pop/rock band from Waterbury, CT who have been on an impressive come-up the past few years.  They create powerful music that influences their listeners to experience the world from their perspective; human rights, love, loss, confidence, struggle and hope are themes they conquer within their music. Their tightness within their interpersonal lives binds them together both on, and off stage, presenting a chemistry to the audience that is evident beyond the performance.

Mandala consists of driven poets, talented musicians, songwriters, storytellers, and friends.
Together, they are on a mission to create an experience through their music by telling their story.

The Hooch has always been recognized for the high quality of their live performances. Their radio-quality sound combines elements of pop, soul, and smooth vocals to create a pleasing, unique experience that they have rightfully dubbed "Acoustic Magic".

The Hooch was formed in 2013 when its members, Jemar Phoenix and Mike D, were introduced to each other during a “live music” Open Mic event in New Haven, CT. What began as a simple "Hey, can you play percussion during this set?" eventually morphed into a brotherly chemistry syncopated like no other. Since then, The Hooch has been ascending, playing venues throughout the Metro Northeast, and impressing their audiences with their dynamic sound.
