No registration is necessary. There is ample space in our 1447-seat theater for social distancing. Masks are required.

In-person and livestream options available

Each session will feature: (1) an interview with the guest artist to learn about his/her career path and influences, (2) a demonstration of the skills and craft of the artist’s field of endeavor, and (3) an interactive component where audience members are brought on stage to gain instruction in that craft. Maureen Hamill, Director of Education for Klein Theatre Arts, is the moderator.

Richard Dobbs has been a member of the Directors Guild of America since 1998 and has directed over 35 episodes of Law & Order and Law & Order: SVU, and multiple episodes of various television dramas, including The Cleaner for A&E. 
 
In 2013, he was awarded Best Director of a short film at The Boston International Film Festival. As a member of Local 600, International Cinematographers Guild, he has worked as a camera operator and director of photographer on numerous commercials, features and over two hundred hours of network television.
